Quick break
Urban and Public Design
The inspiration for this idea came from the fast-paced life many of us have. When walking around urban areas we sometimes want to grab a bite or a quick break, and not necessarily sit down for a long time. These high cafe tables are for grabbing a quick snack and break. The sitting parts are tilted for reclining the body but not necessarily fully sitting down, and the table space is ideal for food and drinks. They would be combined in different numbers, either one, two, or three tables together, with several reclining chairs, and different heights too for the use of users of any age. The aesthetics of these tables and chairs will bring a pleasant view for anyone who walks around, with the abstract and colorful form. This idea would be developed by shredding the collected plastic, then compressing it with a sheetpress, and then for the parts that need it, they will be bent to achieve the curvature desired.
